right to cancel any sale, at any
time while a puppy in still in our
possession, We only have our
puppies best interest at heart, and
are very picky where our dogs are
placed and whom they are placed
with. Feel free to interview us as
your new breeder, but please
understand that we will be
interviewing you as well to make
sure our puppies are placed in
lifetime homes, with loving
families. Our references on
our testimonial page is readily
available to you, all you have to do
is ask.
While our
"guesstimates" are usually accurate,
weights are impossible to guarantee.
We do breed show quality dogs in our
opinion but express no guarantees for
our dogs' showing ability nor do we want
them shown, ask Heidi why! While we
believe our dogs are extremely,
excellent quality, we make no
guarantees, expressed or implied, of
their show ability or adult weight or
height. All of our puppies are
sold as pet quality, limited AKC papers
are given.
In most cases your
papers will be provided at the same time
your puppy is delivered to you. In the
event the litter registration process
takes longer than normal, the papers for
your puppy will be mailed to you as soon
as we receive them back from AKC
registry. New York State Law provides
120 days, plus an additional 60 days.
Please be advised, that Exotic
Shih Tzu Mama LLC.
Does not sell breeding dogs. All pups
are to be sold as spoiled pets, with
limited AKC papers unless special
arrangements were made directly through
Heidi or Marge.

Tzu always deliver's
a clean, healthy,
very well socialized
puppies, with a health
certificate that
accompanies your
puppy with all their
paper work our New
York State license
requires us to
comply with.
In
the event your puppy
should develop a
condition that dates
back to the fetal
stage and this
condition would
severely impact the
quality of life
short of
euthanasia, we will
give you a
replacement puppy of
equal value or your
money back, this
will depend on the
individual
situation, and what
you our client think
is best for you.

Each
puppy is given a Physical
Examination by a Licensed
Veterinarian East Bay Vet Hospital
in Merrick, at our expense
within days before it is given to
its new owners.
We guarantee
the puppy to be free from parasites
and Communicable Diseases for a
period of two weeks from the date of
delivery to you. WE send our
puppies home with parasite
preventives, to avoid stress on your
new puppy and larger vet bills.
If
your puppy displays any indication
of poor health you must contact us
expeditiously for consultation
regarding its condition and
treatment.

Failure to do
so will cause this guarantee to
become null and void. Our puppies
come to you with all current
shots. We treat our puppies for
Coccidia prevention. You are to
provide all necessary further care
(and vaccinations) at your expense,
as prescribed by your licensed
veterinarian. Ask us about the free
pet insurance the American Kennel
Club offers you for sixty days for
twenty dollars.
We guarantee
our puppies for Five
years (5) from date
of birth against any
life-threatening congenital genetic
or hereditary disease... Most of the
time our guarantee is unconditional,
but it must be reviewed with Heidi
first, money is something we will
never be argue over we love what we
do and we fully intend to keep our
New York State license complaint
free and appreciate your forever
recommendation. We have many clients
that have as many as seven dogs
purchased from us among there
families. Exotic Shih Tzu puppies
stop traffic and our clients are
always happy to recommend us, when
people say OMG where did you get
that dog. Their reply is always the

We
hope your enjoy your puppy for years to
come. Shih Tzu's are addictive and it is
very common to have more than just one!
Please use the food we recommended at
the time of purchase. We will be happy
to help you with any questions or
information you need after your puppy
goes home, that is what we get paid for.
We prefer our puppies eat can
Canine Caviar puppy food. If
you change the food recommended please
have Heidi or Beth sign off on it or
you your guarantee will be voided.
It is extremely important not to
change puppy food. If you cant
reach Heidi or Beth for one on one
personal advise we strongly suggest that
you use chopped boiled chicken breast
ONLY!
Our guarantee is to
the person purchasing the puppy and
expires if/when the puppy is transferred
to another party. This guarantee and
policy information supersedes any other
information you may have received and
when you purchase a puppy from us you
agree to these terms and conditions.
We do our very best
to go to the extreme to accommodate our
clients. We do watch our dogs you
purchase from us while you are on
vacation, we do not want them in a vet
kennel somewhere, so please inquire
about this option for you and your new
puppy. My daughter Christina is
usually available to help you out and
personally cater to your individual
puppy and if not i am sure, Beth will
be glad to help you out.
